I was surprised when the technician arrived at my place on time. I also felt relieved when he was able to fix my dryer that was not heating quickly. He even provided me with helpful information about my appliance, which I appreciated so much. Also, their repair charge was very reasonable. I will surely use their service again and will recommend it to everyone I know!

I had a good impression of this company. They were so fast to accommodate and were professional to treat customers. John was the technician who came out so early and was able to fix my dryer won't turn on excellently. He was very professional, thorough, and provided good quality of the repair. I was fascinated with the outcome of his work. I'll be calling this company again.

All the tools brought by the technician was well-organized and very clean. It seems that he was very particular about his job.
