Our core team were facility managers for the semiconductor industry where efficient and cost effective maintenance programs are essential skill sets. These experiences enable our company to manage complex building environments typically found in Mixed Use / high rise buildings.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our property managers are trained to be the most skilled in building management and human interactive processes. This far exceeds any training from CACM or ECHO based training alone. Our core team were facility managers for the semiconductor industry where efficient and cost effective maintenance programs are essential skill sets.

We have 7 Offices in California managing North to South. Two offices in Nevada, single offices at Mesa, Arizona and Austin,Texas.
